Agreement on the collection, use and inquiry of personal information

Personal (Credit) Information to Be Collected and Used Personal (credit) information written on the claim invoice (name, resident/alien registration number, driver’s license number, address, occupation, phone number, e-mail address, etc.)
The Company will also collect and use personal (credit) information acquired in connection with insurance accident investigations (including insurance fraud investigations) and loss adjustments. This also includes the personal (credit) information contained in various investigation reports, certificates, and medical records collected by the police, public institutions, and/or medical institutions. This information would have been authorized by customers.
Term of Retention and Use of Personal (Credit) Information
From the date of agreement until the fulfillment of the purpose of the collection and use of personal (credit) information
Agreement to the processing of sensitive information and unique identificable information (resident registration number)
Matters concerning processing of sensitive information and unique identifiable information AXA Direct will process (collect, use, disclose, and so forth) your unique identifiable information (e.g., resident/alien registration number) as per the individual consents above concerning personal (credit) information in accordance with Articles 23 and 24 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
